The entertainment press repeatedly asked Marian on what is the reason of breakup with her former boyfriend Ervic Vijandre, where they have eight years relationship. Marian didn’t say a thing why she have to break Ervic.

Is it true that Ervic was jealous to Dingdong so that they break and Marian was forced to choose between her career and Ervic?
“No,” said by Marian. “Sometimes he was jealous to Dingdong, but I assure him that he should have no reason to get jealous, it’s only work.

“It’s already three months that we are break before Dong knows about it because it was brought up by the other network [ABS-CBN]. He [Ervic] has a reporter friend there so they knew the breakup, so they released them.

“The truth is,” she continued, “My boyfriend was conservative and we argued about my acceptance for calendar 2009 of Ginebra San Miguel. Actually, the offer was already took a long time, and we did not accept it with my manager. But when they told me that I do not have to pose too sexy … Yes, I wore a two-piece swimsuit, but with a t-shirt above, I said I will try. He won’t allow me [Ervic]. Hindi ba siya binalikan ni Ervic?

“Hindi na po, kasi nga maayos naman ang paghihiwalay namin.”

Totoo bang mag-aartista na rin si Ervic?

“Ang balita ko po, gusto niyang mag-join ng Pinoy Big Brother,” banggit ni Marian.
