After her manager Joy Cancio talked to her about her tardiness she was given another chance to correct her mistakes. She promised to correct her mistakes regarding her problems on her work. When Joy was interviewed she said “In her case that she always do those things over and over again I doubted if she is really going to change her ways. She said she is going to change and she is under observation.
