I know this happened last year and it is probably over by now. I just found out about it today. I’ve seen the news videos and researched it too. The part that’s bothering me so much is the fact that the blame was put on Kristine’s driver. As far as i know, the victim changed lanes and so was Kristine’s driver; but who was on the right lane? Isn’t it Kristine’s SUV? Then why did it turn out that it’s the SUV’s fault? I don’t get how the law in the Philippines work. Or do they lack knowledge on road laws? Isn’t it illegal to go to the wrong lane? Wouldn’t you get charged when the camera caught you on the wrong lane? It is clear that the motorcycle changed to the wrong lane. It wasn’t the SUV’s fault at all.

What is up with that word? Can you define reckless for me? because based on my knowledge, it means careless. The SUV were on the RIGHT lane. Though he changed lanes, it was still on the RIGHT lane. Then why is he on blame? Is it because the driver of the motorcycle died? Is that why they favoured their case? If that’s the case, then that’s what i call BIASED! The media is clearly biased. GMA 24 oras is clearly biased. Most of all, the law in the Philippines is BIASED! I’m sorry to say but Kristine’s side isn’t responsible for anything. Much respect to the dead person’s family but i don’t agree on how the law works.
Correct me if i am wrong.
